This hotel is in a great location, close to the main tourist attractions. It is conveniently situated near popular bars and just a short walk to the center. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is well-maintained. The staff provides excellent service and is friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar offers a fantastic view of the city skyline.
There have been reports of outside personnel trying to scam customers with overpriced taxis.

The personnel was always consistently courteous, early check-in, plus the service was excellent. Plenty of meals for breakfast, it was perfect. The pool was amazing and I had cold drinks in the rooftop bar. The hotel provided good prices;)))
The room felt quite small and the bathroom was cold.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was great, in a small alley near the Sky Train, so it was quiet but still easy to get around. The service was top-notch, with friendly bell staff and helpful housekeeping. I loved lounging by the pool on the rooftop, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities I needed.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious stay in the city.

Good location, clean, modern. The hotel is conveniently located and easy to access. It is situated in a key location, close to various attractions and amenities. Nice pool. Although I didn't have the chance to try it, the pool area looked inviting and well-maintained. It would be a great spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Friendly and helpful staff. The receptionists were cute and offered assistance when needed.

I had an amazing stay at Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western. The rooftop pool and bar area provided fine views of the city and was the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring.
